What kind of files do you need?

We accept EPS, AI, or PDF files. These ensure the best quality and allow us to scale your design without losing clarity. We do not accept low-res JPEGs or screenshots.

What do you need to give me a quote?

To get started, just tell us:

1. Type of sign (banner, magnet, vehicle lettering, etc.)

2. Indoor or outdoor use

3. Dimensions

4. What it should say

5. Preferred colors

6. If you’re including a logo, send it in EPS, AI, or PDF format

Do you do rush jobs?

Yes and we have no rush fees, but we do appreciate as much notice as possible, especially for complex or large-format orders.

Do you design logos?

No. We’ll gladly lay out your signage using your existing logo or artwork, but we don’t offer logo design services.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes, as long as we’re open, walk-ins are welcome. Calling ahead is never a bad idea.

Do you install signs?

Yes, we offer installation services for many of the signs we produce. Just ask when you call—we’ll confirm if it applies to your project.

Do you do neon or lighted signs?

No. We do not offer neon signs, channel letters, or electrical signage.

Are all cars and trucks able to take magnets?

We are so glad you asked, they are not all able to! Please review the following guidelines on vehicle magnetics to ensure success.

Can you replace a storefront sign face?

Yes, in many cases. We can replace the sign face if the existing sign box is in good condition.

We’re based in Kensington, Maryland, and serve clients across the DMV, including Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Wheaton, Potomac, Takoma Park, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and beyond.
